Last updated: July 1, 2017

Right Hand Communications LLC (“RHC”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.righthandreports.com (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personally identifiable information (“PII”) we receive from users of the Site. Righthandreports.com may update this policy at any time. Righthandreports.com will provide notice of materially significant changes to this privacy policy by posting notice at www.righthandreports.com/privacy_policy.

In short:

  • We don’t ask you for PII unless we truly need it. If you use our contact form, sign up for email updates, make a comment on the site, or subscribe to our services, we will need certain PII.
  • We use your PII only for providing and improving the Site, providing any purchased services to you, and for providing opt-in communications.
  • We don’t share your PII with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products and services, in the case or the sale or merger of RHC with another party, or to protect our rights as outlined herein. We don’t share or sell your information to third-party marketers.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain PII that can be used to contact or identify you. PII may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address.

The amount and type of information that RHC gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who comment on blog posts to provide a real name and email address. For those who wish to receive additional information via email, we collect an email address, name, organization name, and job title. For those who purchase services, we collect name, email, phone number, and address. RHC does not disclose PII other than as described below. Site visitors can always refuse to supply PII, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

The Site also collects potentially personally identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, for example, for users leaving comments on blog posts. RHC only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses PII as described below, except that blog commenter IP addresses may be visible and disclosed to the administrator of the blog where the comment was left.

We sometimes collect your email address, for purposes such as sending confirmation emails, authenticating your accounts, and sending information about RHC and our websites. By submitting your email to us, you consent to emails from us.

Any information posted on the public areas of the Site is not confidential. Please do not post anything on the public areas of the Site that you would like to keep private.

If you subscribe to our services, we use a third-party credit card provider who will process your credit card. For their privacy policy, please click here.

Like most website operators, our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help us diagnose problems with our servers, administer the Site, and otherwise provide our service to you. In addition, we may collect other information from your interaction with the Site, our services, and content, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, IP address, demographic and navigational data, and standard web log information. This information may be obtained for RHC from a third-party provider including, but not limited to, through the use of Google Analytics. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use our Site.

Use of Righthandreports.com Website by Minors

RHC does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13 years of age.

Aggregated Statistics

RHC may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its Site. For instance, it may use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam. RHC may provide this information to others to improve site performance. However, RHC does not disclose PII other than as described below.

Protection of Certain PII

RHC discloses potentially personally identifying and PII only to individuals and organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on RHC’s behalf or to provide services available on this Site and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others except as allowed by this policy. Some of those individuals and organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using this Site, you consent to the transfer of such information to them and agree that the laws of that country may override this policy. This includes, for instance, RHC independent contractors and/or employees who provide services and third-party merchant processing companies if you sign up for our services.

RHC will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying or PII to anyone.

Other than to the individuals and organizations described above, RHC discloses potentially personally identifying and PII only in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or when RHC believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of RHC, third parties, or the public at large.

If you have supplied your email address to RHC or any of its representatives through this Site or through any other means, RHC may occasionally send you an email with updates, marketing for RHC products or services, or to solicit your feedback. If you send us a request (for example, via email or contact form), we reserve the right to share it with contractors or service partners to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

RHC takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of potentially personally identifying and PII.
